This program is for any one interested in Martial arts without the pressure of belt ranking. The program is for anyone 16 year and older who is a beginner or has a black belt in some martial art. The workout is Mixed Martial Art and includes the following:

  1. Basic and advanced blocking.Grappling

  2. Basic and advanced kicking and kicking drills.

  3. Basic and advanced Striking.

  4. HapKiDo wrist and joint locks.

  5. Grappling techniques based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

  6. Bag workout.

  7. Kick boxing with partners (light contact).

  8. Stick defenses.

  9. Knife defenses.

  10. Street Self-Defense techniques.

There is also our Tang Soo Do Program to give you traditional and competitive styles.
