Monday:   6:00 – 6:45 Basic and Beginner Class: Forms, Self-

  Defense, Endurance

7:00 – 8:00 Adult Self-Defense Class: Two 10-Week Self-

  Defense Academies Schedules Each Year

 

Tuesday:    6:00 – 6:45 Intermediate/Advanced Class: Forms,

   Self-Defense, Endurance

  7:00 – 7:45 Kickboxing Fitness and Conditioning

 

Wednesday:  6:00 – 6:45 Intermediate and Advanced:

Kick/Punch Combinations, Terminology and Oral Test Requirements,

Weapons Class (Bow Staff, Nunchuka, Escrima Sticks, Sword)

7:00 – 8:00 Adult Self-Defense Class: Two 10-Week

Self-Defense Academies are Scheduled Each Year

 

Thursday:   6:00 – 6:45 ALL RANKS: Kicking and Hand Techniques,

     Bag Work

 (The 2nd Thursday of Each Month is Wood Breaking)

    6:30 – 7:00 Black Belt Club Sparring

    7:00 – 7:45 Kickboxing Fitness and Conditioning

 

Friday:           No Evening Classes

 

Saturday:   10:00 – 10:45AM Kickboxing Fitness and Conditioning

  11:00 – 11:45 AM 10 – Week Self-Defense Academy (Summer Only)

 

This is the class schedule for most of the year, summer schedule is slightly different.

 

After School Program classes are at 4:00 and 5:00 PM
