The Adult Pogram is for any one interested in a Traditional Martial Arts or any person over 16 who is interested in MMA.
Our Traditional Program is contains all the things you would see in the typical Karate Program, ie; forms (Kata), kicking, punching, weapons, sparring, self-defense. Yes, you can workout with the family.
The MMA Program includes: ground grappling, kickboxing and a tougher workout. You can do both if you wish.
